There is no return policy at Liaqat Book Depot. Once a product is received, it cannot be returned.
Products can be exchanged only once; the order cannot be canceled or any changes cannot be made once it’s placed.
We kindly ask our customers to carefully consider their purchases before placing an order, as once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed in any way. This is because our inventory goes through rapid turnover, making it difficult for us to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Additional non-exchangeable items:
There is no exchange of any book with the upper marks or name written on it or any page of the book is torn. All stationery items are non -refundable. This policy is in place to protect our customers from receiving inferior quality products due to potential damage during the shipping process. However, if you find that your item is defective upon receipt, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to provide you with a satisfactory solution.
Exchanges
The product can be exchanged within 5 working days after shipping. Product exchange will only be done as you bought it from us if you return it in the same condition.
Some items cannot be exchanged, regardless of the reason, so before requesting an exchange, please inform us through a call or email about the item you wish to exchange. We will review the request and then proceed with the necessary procedure. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded if the product is being exchanged.”We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
